Step 1: A request from you

You can fill in our online form to give us more information about your desired project. 

The information may include:

• A brief description of the project;
• Colour (if it’s known);
• Material (if it’s known);
• Budget (if it’s known);
• Approximate dimensions of the room and furniture;
• A selection of designs to your taste (designs from our website, social media, etc.).

You can provide this information in general terms. More specific design details will be clarified by our managers at the stage of project formation.

Step 2: Designing and commercial offer 

We will design your furniture together with you. After we receive detailed information, colours, dimensions, materials, fittings, we will be able to draw up a final project. Also the offer will include additional costs for delivery and installation of furniture in your room. 

We offer:

• A clear breakdown of costs;
• A detailed description of the project in accordance with the discussion;
• Lead times will be calculated from the receipt of the advance payment and depend on the workload of production;
• If additional costs arise, we will offer the best solution for you.

Changes in the prices of materials and services of our suppliers may affect the recalculation of your project if the approval period is longer than one week. A detailed room measurement will be carried out during the design phase for more accurate calculations.

Step 3: Approval of the project

When all aspects have been agreed and a contract prepared, we await your final decision to put your project into operation. 

Once again, please pay attention to:

• Product configuration;
• Colours;
• Materials;
• Dimensions;
• Cost;
• Timing and steps;
• Drawings.

You should check if all the features and your wishes have been taken into account, if there are any non-standard solutions applicable to your product. This will allow you to obtain the desired result without incurring the additional cost of reworking inaccuracies.

Step 4: Payment stages

When you have agreed the project with Dvorsky Studio and accepted the proposal, we will issue an invoice for an advance payment. Once the prepayment has been received, we can start production. We have flexible payment terms for the manufactured product, from the time of commissioning to the time of complete installation. The format of the standard payment stages is described below.

Standard payment terms:

• 60% prepayment, this amount includes material and production costs 
• 30% prepayment, this amount includes assembly and delivery of the product
• 10% payment after installation and signing of the certificate of acceptance

Individual payment terms:

Provided for orders with a large number of items, as such projects can be divided into a larger number of stages.

After signing the contract and making the first advance payment, your project enters the production queue. Once the furniture has been manufactured, we can provide you with information and photos of the completion, also moving on to the next stage.

Step 5: Making the furniture

We produce our furniture in-house at Dvorsky Studio, using exclusively high-tech equipment and quality raw materials.

We can advise you on our production times, but the quantity of items and the availability of materials for production may affect the timescale. Standard production lead times can vary between 4-10 weeks. Any delay in project approval will result in postponement of production and installation. When designing bespoke product elements, we may need time to prototype before final fabrication. In some cases this may extend the lead time, but we will warn you of this at this stage.

When we have finished making your furniture, we can schedule delivery and installation of the product. As described above from you to complete and dispatch, payment is required for the second instalment (or individual terms) and we will be able to dispatch the product within the timescale specified. 

Step 6: Delivery

The product will be delivered on the date and to the address specified in the contract. It may be included in the price of the product or it may be a separate item at the customer's expense.

Step 7: Installation

Furniture can be installed in two ways:

• Installation by our own staff
• Custom fitters

We always offer our own installers as we have extensive experience with projects and can demonstrate a skilled approach to installing, assembling and setting up all pieces of furniture. We also know the ins and outs of your product. The manager accompanying the order could discuss with you even the small details that are difficult to see. The manager assigned to you will follow the project right up to the point of installation to make sure all the details and quality are in line.

At the same time, third-party installers are interested in installing the product, but they may not be experienced enough and may damage the product. Furthermore, we cannot give a guarantee on the product if it is assembled by yourself.

Once the product has been installed and accepted, you must sign a product acceptance certificate and we can prepare a final invoice for payment.

Step 8: Review

We always hear positive feedback from our customers about the capacity, the complete production process and their satisfaction with the quality of the furniture.

It is very important for us to take pictures of the finished product after installing your product. It is necessary for us to show our customers and partners the finished products as an example of our work.

Each piece of furniture is individual and has its own characteristics and technical parameters. Therefore, we will ask you to give us the opportunity to take (or send us) high-quality photos and your emotional impressions of the use.
